SPECIFICATION FOR PROCUREMENT OF A CRM SYSTEM FOR THE VSI ALLIANCE – Tender deadline midnight 16th February 2020
The Voluntary Sector Infrastructure Alliance (VSI Alliance) made up of Voluntary Action Calderdale (VAC), Forum, Locality, West Yorkshire Community Accountancy Service (WYCAS), NHS Calderdale CCG and Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council.
The aim of the Alliance is to:
- Promote joint working across all agencies to combine resources to deliver high quality infrastructure support and services to reduce duplication and agree collective outcomes for a strong and thriving local voluntary and community sector.
- Bring together commissioners and providers to develop new ways of working and to develop a shared strategic vision, with a focus on outcomes and impact.
- To continue to develop the Alliance arrangement as a sustainable, dynamic and innovative delivery model.
We are looking to procure CRM system which will enable the Alliance to record and hold accurate data to enhance the partnership’s work and connectivity across the board.
Please find below a specification for development of a CRM system for the VSI Alliance which is based at Voluntary Action Calderdale in Halifax, Calderdale. The Specification and Appendix 1 (User Stories) and Appendix 2 (Data Asset Maps) provide the details for what is required including technical requirements, outcomes and timescales for delivery.
